Shipping Mezuzah.com ships Mezuzot to USA and all over the world.
We have a flat rate of $3.50 per item shipped.
We ship via USPS which takes 3-5 days to be delivered within the US and 7-14 days internationally. Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of being placed.
If you need an item delivered by Express Mail, please contact anna@mezuzah.com and we will do all we can to accommodate your needs.
Returns/Exchanges
We will gladly accept returns of merchandise within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund (less shipping/handling charges).
The product must be returned to us in its original condition and in its original packaging.
A 10% restocking fee will be incurred on every return.
A $2.00 shipping/handling fee will be incurred on each exchange. Each additional item is $0.85.
We will not return or exchange any used or damaged items, unless it arrived defective. If you received a defective package please contact us within 72 hours.
Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your return or your exchange.
